Additionally, use the search function instead of smart lists to identify startups that match your criteria. Smart lists are designed to notify you when new startups that match your preferences are added to the database, not for initial searches.
- Data Not Loading Properly: If our data is not loading properly, you will see an error message that encourages you to reload the page. Refreshing the page usually resolves the issue.
- Password Not Accepted: If your password is not accepted, try resetting the password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link and following the instructions provided.
